ESSILORLUXOTTICA
Finalizing my double degree studies with a business project at EssilorLuxottica, a conglomerate owning a portfolio of iconic brands like RayBan, Persol, and Oakley, I partnered with a team of five international colleagues to develop a competitive e-commerce strategy.
We embraced the challenge of incorporating cutting-edge innovations and emerging trends into an omnichannel strategy, focusing on process design and marketing mix. We formulated new target customer profiles and crafted tailored strategies to engage them.
TRADE
As part of the team at Trade Republic, a leading German fintech unicorn, I was entrusted with conducting and analyzing large scale consumer surveys to generate valuable insights. Additionally, I owned our ongoing competitor monitoring initiative, a role that allowed me to uncover strategic insights that proved instrumental in the start-up's growth trajectory. This experience strengthened my ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
JAKALA
At the renowned Bocconi University's "Managing Fashion & Luxury Companies" course, I had the opportunity to work with Jakala, a Milan-based consulting firm. Our project's goal was to analyze the implications of the soft luxury market in a mixed-reality environment, particularly focusing on the consumer journey. The insights gained here offered a fresh perspective on how advanced technologies intersect with fashion and luxury, revealing exciting new possibilities.
